The City of Red Oak has a new mass notifications system for its citizens. CivicReady is a communication platform used to send immediate alerts to citizens who are subscribed to the system. 

Subscribers can register to receive emergency alerts via phone call, text message, and/or email. Non-emergency messages will be sent by text and/or email. All users will have the ability to customize their notification preferences after signing up.
