Dr. Mark Stanfill graduated from Red Oak High School and earned his bachelor’s and doctor of veterinary medicine degrees from Texas A&M University. After opening his practice in Ovilla in 1999, he and his wife settled in Red Oak where they raised their two children. Dr. Stanfill has been involved in the community by serving in Boy Scouts, youth sports coaching, church activities and mission work, ROISD Education Foundation, and most recently, completed 14 years as a Red Oak ISD trustee until being elected Mayor of Red Oak.
