NOTICE OF LATE FEES AND DISCONNECTS: The City of Red Oak is sensitive to the impact that COVID-19 has had on the circumstances of the citizens in Red Oak. The City has worked to avoid disconnecting services or adding late payment penalties to accounts during the last year to provide assistance to those experiencing a hardship due to COVID-19. With your August 30th bill, the Utility Department will resume pre-COVID 19 processes of adding late payment penalties to accounts according to your billing statement and disconnecting services for non-payment on the cutoff date stated on your bill. The City will continue to work with customers on an individual basis who request a 10-day extension or a payment plan.
