On Street Parking Violations
- Parking of any truck with a carrying capacity of five (5) tons or more on any public (city-maintained) street, parking lot, right-of-way, or other public place
- Parking of any vehicle for more than 72 consecutive hours shall be prohibited on the street surface of any public roadway used for vehicular travel within the corporate limits of the city
- Parking, storage, or display of vehicles with a load capacity in excess of 2 tons in a residential district
Off Street Parking Violations
Single Family Property
- Parking, storage, or display of vehicles with a load capacity in excess of 2 tons
- Parking or maneuvering any vehicle or trailer upon a surface that is not concrete or another approved impervious all-weather surface unless:
- The vehicle or trailer is actively being used in the maintenance, construction, demolition, or service of the property or equipment or structure on the property
- The lot is in excess of two (2) acres
- The vehicle or trailer is parked behind the front building line and is completely visually screened from the right-of-way by use of a fence, wall or other permanent structure
Property Other than Single Family
- Parking or maneuvering any vehicle or trailer upon a surface that is not concrete or another approved impervious all-weather surface unless:
- The vehicle or trailer is actively being used in the maintenance, construction, demolition, or service of the property or equipment or structure on the property
- The lot or tract is actively being used for the raising of livestock, crops, or other agriculture use
