Professional Standards Division

​The Professional Standards Division is responsible for providing a myriad of critical services that support the mission and operations of the Red Oak Police Department. The various units of the Professional Standards Division provide a variety of support services that include recruiting, pre-employment background investigations, training, accreditation, receiving complaints, investigating internal and citizen-generated complaints of alleged misconduct against employees and providing a host of support and functions that ensure the Department's civilian, sworn, reserve, and professional staff members are properly supported in their daily duties.
