Planning and Zoning Commission is an advisory board that makes recommendations to the City Council concerning Future Land Use Plan changes, Planned developments, Preliminary plats, Specific Use Permits (SUP’s), Specified items outlined in the City of Red Oak Unified Development Code, and Zoning amendments.
