Meet our 2022 Employees of the Year, Amy Abernathy. Amy was awarded this honor at our annual Holiday Luncheon in December and recognized again at January's council meeting. 

Amy is a steadfast proponent and advocate for the abused, neglected, lost, and downtrodden animals within the City of Red Oak. She puts in a significant number of hours cleaning and caring for each animal and its living space. Amy is diligent and driven to provide excellent care for the animals within her charge and has established herself as a caring, knowledgeable, and kind soul focused on delivering quality service to our citizens.
