1. Can I fish in the pond at Pearson Park?

You will need a fishing license if you are over the age of 16. Fishing is by pole and line only: No trotlines, jug lines, throw lines, bows, and arrows, spears, or nets. Limit of 2 poles per angler. Red Oak Municipal Lake is included under Community Lake Fishing Regulations. For more information, please visit Texas Parks and Wildlife. 

2. How do I register for youth sports?

The City of Red Oak has several active youth sports associations in the city. All associations operate independently and are not directly affiliated with the City of Red Oak. For any questions or comments please contact the association's respective boards.

4. Can I rent the splash pad at Hargrove Park?

The splash pad is not available for rentals. However, our other City of Red Oak Parks are great places to hold birthday parties, family reunions, organized practices, or simply a scheduled picnic in the park.
