Planning and Zoning Commission
Consists of five (5) regular members and two (2) alternate members appointed by City Council. All actions by P&Z require an affirmative four (4) member vote for approval or denial. P&Z, an advisory board, recommends to City Council concerning zoning amendments, Specific Use Permits (SUP’s), planned developments, preliminary plats, Future Land Use Plan changes and other specified items outlined in the City of Red Oak Unified Development Code.
