All Dogs Must be Registered with the City
The City of Red Oak requires that all dogs over the age of six months be registered with the City. There is no fee for registration. The form will require proof of rabies vaccination. City Ordinance 90.42 states that the owner of an unregistered dog found in violation of this code shall be fined twice the standard fine. To register your dog, please stop by the Public Works Department at 411 W. Red Oak Road.
