Library Volunteers Needed
The Red Oak Public Library, now in its 4th year of operation, needs volunteers for a variety of duties in support programs for adults and children. If you have ANY ONE or more of the following abilities, please contact the Red Oak Public Library staff at 469-218-1230 or stop by and complete an application:
- Computer skills (word processing or graphics)
- Digital Camera
- Scrap-booking skills
- Customer service support
- Library materials repair, processing and shelving
- Used/new book sales
- Program support
- Poster making, brochures, flyers
- Ability to distribute program announcements to local groups and businesses
- NETLS Lay Representative
Volunteers do not have to live in the City of Red Oak.
