Red Oak applies a very aggressive incentive policy towards industry and business recruitment, with both our 4A and 4B sales tax corporations. A wide variety of incentives are available including:
- Tax abatements
- Double Freeport Tax Exemptions (City & School District)
- Land Pricing
- Relocation support
- Employee training Programs
- Additionally, the Industrial Development Corporation is developing a high quality industrial park with sites available for both retail and industrial users.
Economic Development is promoted by a partnership of the City of Red Oak, the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation, the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation, the Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce, and a special Marketing Team made up of representatives from these entities, plus School District representatives, and area leaders.
