1. What's included in my rental?

Each rental includes chairs and tables up to the capacity of room, 8 hour rental including set up and tear down, ability to add on a dance floor, projector, microphone, and portable sound system. 

2. Can I purchase additional hours?

Yes! You can purchase additional hours for $50.00 an hour per room. 

3. Can anyone cater my event?

Yes, all that we require is that your caterer follows all City of Red Oak Health Department guidelines. 

4. Do you allow alcohol and what is the alcohol policy?

Yes, alcohol is allowed under the following guidelines. A).  Alcohol is not on premises during business hours. B). A license TABC bartender is present while on premise. C). 1 Peace Officer per 100 guests is present.

5. What is needed to book?

To book the rental rooms you will need to 

1. Pay a deposit made up of a $200.00 refundable security deposit and half (1/2) the room rental fee. 

2. Sign the rental contract as well as additional addendums .
