Industrial Development Corporation

Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) – consists of five (5) regular members appointed by City Council, and provides incentives to encourage existing industry and business to expand or to attract new industry and business to the Red Oak community.  IDC is a 4A sales tax corporation.

  • Funded by 4A sales tax revenues.

  • 5 Member board appointed by the Red Oak City Council.

  • Responsible for Promoting development of industry through incentives and infrastructure.

  • Development of the 175-acre Red Oak Industrial Park.

  • Meets on the 4th Monday every month at City Hall (6:30 PM)
