PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Red Oak, Texas, proposes to annex for the purpose of enlarging and extending its boundary limits, approximately 10.46 acres or more of land, and approximately 212.54 acres or more of land, located west of Interstate Highway 35E, and south of Stephenson Road, as depicted on the map viewable on the City’s web site at www.redoaktx.org. Copies of the map of the area proposed for annexation are also available at City Hall, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas.
The Red Oak City Council will conduct Public Hearings on the proposed voluntary annexations on Monday, March 12, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., and Monday, March 19, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. at the Red Oak Municipal Center Council Chambers, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas 75154, for all persons interested in the above-proposed annexation. At said time and place, all persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned will take notice.
