PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE, JULY 2, 2007 & JULY 9, 2007
The Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, July 2, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. and the Red Oak City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, July 9, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak Texas, 75154 for the following:
1. Consideration of approving a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Commercial-1 (C-1) for approximately 0.997 acres located in the George C. Parks Survey, A-836, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located east of Interstate 35 and south of Ovilla Road, requested by Bach A. Diep.
2. Consideration of approving a Development Plan and zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Planned Development zoning for Lots 3, 4, and 8, Turner Estates, and from Residential-2 (R-2) to Planned Development zoning for Lot 9, Turner Estates, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located east of US Highway 77 and west of Shawnee Road, requested by Scott Green.
