Notice is hereby given that the polling place listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., on October 16, 2007, for voting in a Special election, to elect the following office:

Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. beginning on Monday, October 1, 2007, and ending on Friday, October 12, 2007. Early Voting will not be conducted on Columbus Day, Monday, October 8, 2007.
(La votación adelantada en persona se llevara a cabo en el Centro Municipal de Red Oak, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, entre las 8:00 de la mañana y las 5:00 de la tarde empezando lunes, el día 01 de Octubre, 2007, y terminando viernes el día 12 de Octubre, 2007. No se la votación adelantada llevara a cabo en Dia Columbus, lunes, el 8 de Octubre, 2007.)
Additional early voting will be held at the same location as follows: Tuesday, October 2, 2007 and Thursday, October 11, 2007, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
