PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, November 5, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. and the Red Oak City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, 75154 for the following:
1. Consider approval of a Specific Use Permit for a 1,200 square foot brick accessory building for 113 Meadow Lane, being Lot 3, Block 3, Green Valley Acres, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located south of Pierce Rd and east of Lowrance Road, requested by Al Thomas.
2. Consider approval of a Specific Use Permit for allowing major auto repair in Commercial-1 (C-1) zoning for 401 N. Hwy. 342, Red Oak, Texas, being .2968 acres, McKinney & Williams Survey, A-751, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located south of Ovilla Road and west of State Hwy. 342, requested by Lazaro Vargas.
