The Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, November 5, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. and the Red Oak City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak Texas, 75154 for the following:
1. Consider approval of a text change amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to permit a Permanent Cosmetics Studio in a Commerical-2 (C-2) zoning district with a Specific Use Permit and providing a definition.
