NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER AMENDING
THE DEFINITION OF ACCESSORY BUILDING UNDER 14.1-2
OF THE RED OAK COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Red Oak, Texas (the “City”) will hold two public hearings regarding a proposed amendment to the definition of “accessory building” under 14.1-2 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Red Oak to include in the definition any subordinate or secondary structure that contains a lavatory and/or a kitchen, but no sleeping quarters. The Red Oak Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct the first hearing on the 7th day of January, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, located at 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas. The Red Oak City Council will conduct a second hearing on the 14th of January, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, located at 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas.
