PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City Council of the City of Red Oak will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 24, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas 75154, in the Ronald Reagan Room for the following:
To inform the residents of the City of Red Oak concerning the proposition to be voted on at a special election to be held on May 10, 2008 to consider the expansion of the list of authorized projects for the use of sales and use tax by the City of Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation to include land acquisition, construction, operation and maintenance of park facilities in the City of Red Oak.
This meeting has been scheduled to provide information about the proposition on the May 10th election and gather public comments from residents.
