PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. and the Red Oak City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, September 8, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Bldg., 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak Texas, 75154 for the following:
1. Consideration of approving a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Planned Development (PD) zoning and a Development Plan for approximately 0.7 acres of land, Robert Bell Survey, A-60, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located south of Red Oak Rd. and east of SH 342, requested by Douthits Contracting.
2. Consideration of approving a Specific Use Permit for multi-family residential (lofts above commercial uses) for 103 Waller, located in the Historic Overlay District, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, requested by Hugh Grandstaff, Hulyn Properties, LP.
