NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
RED OAK CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak City Council will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 8:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

- CALL TO ORDER – The Mayor will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.
- INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
- EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Section §551.071 of the Texas Government Code, the City Council reserves the right to convene into Executive Session(s), from time to time as deemed necessary during the course of this meeting for any posted agenda item, to receive advice from its attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Act or as otherwise permitted by law.
In addition, the City Council will convene in Executive Session under Section 551.074 (personnel matters) of the Act for the following: To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

- COUNCIL BUSINESS - OPEN SESSION Consideration of approving any action as a result of discussion in Executive Session.
