Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak City Council will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

I. CALL TO ORDER – The Mayor Pro Tem will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.
II. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. COUNCIL BUSINESS - OPEN SESSION
A. Conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2007 - 2008 Annual Operating Budgets for the City of Red Oak.
B. Conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed ad valorem tax rate and the increase in tax revenues.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
Posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, on the 31st day of August, 2007, at 4:00 p.m.
