Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak City Council will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 2:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

I. CALL TO ORDER – The Mayor Pro Tem will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.
II. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION - The City Council shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Section §551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, assignment, and duties of a public officer, to wit: City Manager.
IV. CITY COUNCIL - OPEN SESSION
A. Consideration of approving any action as a result of Executive Session.
V. ADJOURNMENT
Posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, on the 31st day of August 2007, at ________.
