NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RED OAK CITY COUNCIL
THURSDAY, APRIL 24, 2008 AT 7:00 P.M.
Pursuant to Section 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing of the Red Oak City Council to be held on Thursday, April 24, 2008, at 7:00 P.M., in the Reagan Room of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
The Mayor will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.
2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

PUBLIC HEARING: The City of Red Oak will conduct a public Hearing concerning Proposition No. 1 to be voted on at a special election May 10, 2008, to consider the expansion of the list of authorized projects for the use of sales and use tax by the City of Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation to include land acquisition, operation and maintenance of park facilities in the City of Red Oak.
4. ADJOURNMENT
I certify that the above agenda of items to be considered by the Red Oak City Council was posted on the City Hall bulletin board on the 21st day of April, 2008, on or before 7:00 p.m. in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
