NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RED OAK CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 2008 AT 7:00 P.M.
Pursuant to Section 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing of the Red Oak City Council to be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at 7:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered:

1. CALL TO ORDER: The Mayor will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.
2. PUBLIC HEARING:
The City of Red Oak will conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation for the following: Tract A: Comprising approximately 13.606 acres situated in the R.A. Lemmans Survey, A-628, and being a 7.782 acre tract of land (Tract 1) conveyed to Randal R. & Tonja Davis and being a 5.824 acre tract of land conveyed to Iva B. Ellison. Tract B: Comprising approximately 10.27 acres situated in the R. Crow Survey, A-199, and being the same a 10.27 acre tract of land conveyed to Garland Beaty; and Tract C: Comprising of approximately 4.05 acres situated in the S. Billingsley Survey, Abstract No. 77 and the R. Bell Survey, Abstract No. 60 and being 1.152 acres out of a called 1.865 acre tract of land conveyed to Mark S. Spooner; 0.6409 acres out of a called 0.8917 acre tract of land conveyed to Mark and Laurie Spooner; 1.05 acres out of a 1.372 acre tract of land conveyed to James K. Ramsey; 1.21 acres out of a 1.274 acre tract of land conveyed to Chase Home Finance, LLC.the following: Tract A: Comprising approximately 13.606 acres situated in the R.A.
