TUESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2008
The Red Oak Police Department will join with residents and city officials for The National Night Out Kick Off meeting. The event will take place on Tuesday, August 5 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Red Oak Police Department located at 547 North Methodist, Red Oak, Texas.
A quorum of Red Oak City Council Members and/or members of various Boards and Commissions may be present, however, any business discussion would be purely incidental to the social event and no action will be taken by the Council and no minutes will be taken. Texas Government Code Section 551.001 (4)(b)(iv).
CERTIFICATION
I certify that the above notice was posted on the City Hall bulletin board on the 31st day of July, 2008, before 7:00 p.m. in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
