MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL BUDGET WORKSHOP
Notice is hereby given that a Workshop of the Red Oak City Council will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2006, at 6:00 P.M., in the Ronald Reagan Room of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

I. CALL TO ORDER – The Mayor will call the City Council Workshop to order, declare quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.
Mayor Ron Bryce called the workshop to order at 6:08 P.M. Members present were Mayor Ron Bryce, Councilmember Eric Smith, Councilmember Ben Goodwyn, Councilmember Scott Lindsey and Councilmember Casey Hargrove. Mayor Pro Tem Gary Autrey was not present.
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Lindsey gave the Invocation and Councilmember Goodwyn led the Council and staff in the Pledge of Allegiance.
III. WORKSHOP – OPEN SESSION
A. Discussion and workshop concerning the Fiscal Year 2007 City of Red Oak Budget.
Police Chief Donald Fullerton, Fire Chief Eric Thompson, Director of Public Works Charlie Bertrand, Director of Parks and Recreation Michael Hopping, Engineering Administrative Assistant Deannie Blake, Library Director Cami Loucks, Director of Economic Development Todd Fuller and City Secretary Judy Grant answered questions and presented preliminary 2007 budgets and five year plans to Council.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Bryce adjourned the workshop at 9:45 P.M.
