C. Consideration of approving a proposal from the Buxton Company for a HealthcareID marketing & demographic profiling study to aid in the recruitment of medical facilities for a fee of $10,000.
D. Discussion concerning the preliminary Fiscal Year 2007 Budget of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
