Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

- Discussion concerning a possible joint Goals and Objectives Plan for Economic Development with the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
- Discussion concerning a possible incentive program aimed toward encouraging commercial brokers and developers to pursue major end user retail and restaurant development.
