Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

- Consideration of approving a marketing expense for billboards along I-35 for the purpose of marketing the Downtown Red Oak area.
- Discussion concerning the potential utilization of a marketing and public relations firm.
- Consideration of approving payment to Westland Properties, Inc. as per the existing Economic Development Agreement.
