Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting and Workshop of the Red Oak City Council in which the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation may or may not have a quorum present, will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Reagan Room of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:
