Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

- Discussion concerning possible incentive participation for Charlie’s Steakhouse and infrastructure improvements at the Southwest quadrant of I-35 and Red Oak Road.
- Discussion concerning the Downtown Vision Plan and destination attractions in the downtown area.
- Consideration of approving a contract with Lamar for an existing billboard at the Northeast quadrant of I-35 and Wintergreen Road.

- Todd Fuller, Director of Economic Development - Update on Loop 9, Wal-Mart, UDC revision, and Red Oak Road improvements
