Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

- Discussion concerning funding participation for the re-location of the Southbound I-35 exit ramp for Ovilla Road.
- STAFF COMMENTS AND REPORTS
- Todd Fuller, Director of Economic Development - Update on current projects, Ovilla Road Plaza Shopping Center and Main Street Plaza.
- ADJOURNMENT
