NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

RED OAK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

    
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. NEW BUSINESS
1. Consideration of approving the minutes of the April 24, 2007, Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
2. Consideration of excusing the absence of Tim Lightfoot from the April 24, 2007, Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
3. Consideration of approving a contract extension with Clear Channel Outdoor for an existing billboard along I-35, advertising downtown Red Oak.
4. Discussion concerning a potential incentive request from Danny Douthit to assist with a bore under SH 342 for a sewer connection.
3. STAFF COMMENTS AND REPORTS
1. Todd Fuller, Director of Economic Development - Update on growth, Aerial Focus Maps, current projects and Tanger Outlet Mall.
