NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

RED OAK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

           
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. NEW BUSINESS
1. Consideration of approving the minutes of the September 25, 2007, Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
2. Consideration of excusing the absence of Margaret Comer, Bob Eldridge and Tim Lightfoot from the August 28, 2007 Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation and the absence of Kris Reeder from the September 25, 2007 Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
3. Discussion concerning criteria issues for retail developments. 
3. STAFF COMMENTS AND REPORTS
1. Todd Fuller, Interim City Manager - Update the ICSC “Texas Conference & Dealmaking” event in San Antonio.
4. ADJOURNMENT
