NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

RED OAK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Notice is hereby given that a Special Called Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

                  
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. NEW BUSINESS
1. Consideration of approving the minutes of the April 9, 2008, Special Called Joint Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
2. Consideration of authorizing bank signatories for the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Pursuant to Section §551.072 of the Texas Government Code (the “Act”), the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to convene in Executive Session (s), from time to time as deemed necessary during this meeting for any posted agenda item, to discuss the value of land as permitted by law.
   In addition, the Board will convene in Executive Session under Section §551.072 of the Act for the following:
   A.  To deliberate the authorization of bid placement and maximum bid amount for property located at 204 S. I35 Service Road to be auctioned by Williams & Williams Real Estate Auctions on May 20, 2008.
