Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

- Consideration of approving the final purchase price of real property located at 204 S. I35 Service Road, Red Oak, Texas.
- Consideration of approving the removal of the Merryland Buffet Sign located at 204 S. I35 Service Road, Red Oak, Texas.
- Discussion and possible action regarding the future use of real property located at 204 S. I35 Service Road, Red Oak, Texas.
- Discussion concerning Putt-Putt Golf.
- Discussion regarding the search for a new Economic Development Director.
