Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation will be held on Thursday, Septebmer 4, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

- Consideration of approving an Amended Fiscal Year 2008 Budget of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
- Discussion and possible action regarding Putt-Putt Golf.
- Discussion and possible action concerning a sewer line extension in connection with a new office project proposed by Danny Douthit.
- Consideration of authorizing bank signatories for the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
- Consideration of approving an expense for construction of a new office for Economic Development.
- Consideration of approving an expense of $5,000 for furniture for the new Economic Development Office.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving the Fiscal Year 08-09 Budget of the Red Oak Economic Development Corporation.
