Notice is hereby given the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation will be held on Monday, January 22, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

A. Consideration of approving the minutes of the October 23, 2006 Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
B. Discussion concerning a possible land sale to the Red Oak Police Department for possible expansion of parking.
C. Consideration of approving a contract with Lamar for an existing billboard at the Northeast quadrant of I-35 and Wintergreen Road.
III. STAFF COMMENTS AND REPORTS
A. Pax Glenn, Broker – Update on real estate activities concerning the Red Oak Industrial Park.
B. Todd Fuller, Director of Economic Development – Update on Loop 9, Wal-Mart, UDC revision, Downtown Vision Plan, Charlie’s Steakhouse and Red Oak Road improvements.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
