RED OAK INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

A. Consideration of approving the minutes of the April 28, 2008, Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
B. Discuss and consider entering into a funding agreement with the City of Red Oak, Texas, for contributions to IDC for acquisition of property for economic development, park project, or other public purposes.
C. Discuss and consider entering into a land sales contract with Clyde A. Pratt, Jr. and Barbara Pratt Sutton for the purchase of 68.9 acres for a park and recreation uses.
D. Discuss and consider granting and conveying property acquired for park and recreation purposes to the Texas Parks and Recreation Foundation in trust for the City of Red Oak.
E. Discuss and consider approval of a Memorandum of Option, pursuant to Section 27 of the Real Estate Option Agreement between the City of Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation and Duke Realty Limited Partnership.
III. ADJOURNMENT
