Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation will be held on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Reagan Room of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

A. Consideration of approving the minutes of the May 27, 2008, Special Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
B. Discuss and consider approval of a letter from IDC to the City of Red Oak indicating that the IDC is in agreement with the voluntary annexation of 69.15± acres of land by Clyde A. Pratt, Jr. and Barbara Pratt Sutton by the City of Red Oak.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 on the 20th day of June, 2008, at 3:30 p.m.
