NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
RED OAK INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation will be held on Monday, July 28, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

Section 551.071: As authorized by Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, the City of Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to seek legal advice from the City Attorney about any matters listed on the agenda, in addition to the following matters:
A. Consideration of approving the minutes of the June 23, 2008, Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
B. Consideration of approving the final Purchase and Sale Agreement between Clyde A. Pratt, Jr. and the City of Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation in the amount of $681,500 for the purchase of 69.15± acres of land to be used for economic development, park projects, or other public purposes.
C. Consideration of approving an Amended Fiscal Year 2008 Budget of the City of Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
D. Consideration of approving an advertising sign, “Rail-Served Warehouse”, to be erected by Duke Realty Corporation in the Red Oak Industrial Park.
E. Discussion concerning Putt-Putt Golf.
F. Discussion and possible action concerning the search for a new Economic Development Director.
G. Discussion and possible action concerning the sale of land in the Red Oak Industrial Park to Kids University for the use of a private school.
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Section 551.072, Deliberation regarding Real Property: As authorized by Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, the City of Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting about any matters listed on the agenda, in addition to the following matters:
A. Section 551.072, Deliberation regarding Real Property: Discussion and possible action concerning the sale of land in the Red Oak Industrial Park to Kids University for the use of a private school.
IV. REGULAR SESSION
A. Reconvene and consider action, if any, resulting from Executive Session.
V. REPORTS
A. Pax Glenn, Broker and Duke Realty – Update on real estate activities concerning the Red Oak Industrial Park.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
