Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to wit:

The City of Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation may convene into Executive Session under Section 551.071 (2) of the Government Code - consultation with city attorney on any Work Session, Special or Regular Session agenda item requiring confidential, attorney/client advice necessitated by the deliberation or discussion of said items (as needed).
A. Consideration of approving the minutes of the July 28, 2008, Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
B. Consideration of approving the renewal of the Exclusive Listing Agreement between Paxson Glenn and the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation through August of 2009.
C. Consideration of approving the Fiscal Year 08/09 Budget of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
D. Discussion concerning parks and recreation projects.
E. Consideration of approving an expense for construction of a new office for Economic Development.
F. Consideration of approving an expense of $4,000 for furniture for the new Economic Development Office.
III. REPORTS
A. Pax Glenn, Broker and Curt Hefner, Duke Realty – Update on real estate activities concerning the Red Oak Industrial Park.
