Call To Order - President Robnett called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

- NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration of approving the minutes of the February 27, 2006 Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation.
Member Patton made the motion, seconded by Secretary Smart to accept the minutes as read. The motion was unanimous.
B. Consideration of lot layouts & curbs for property in the Red Oak Industrail Park.
Secretary Smart made the motion, seconded by Member Patton to approve the lot layouts and lot lines in center of cuts for property in the Red Oak Industrial Park. The motion was unanimous.
C. Discussion concerning the sale of a lot on Ovilla Road to Cornerstone Builders.
Discussion concerning the sale of a lot on Ovilla Road to Cornerstone Builders. No action taken.
D. Consideration of approving a monument sign for a new commercial building at the Southeast corner of Ovilla Road and Austin Blvd. in the Red Oak Industrial Park.
Member Patton made the motion, seconded by Secretary Smart to approve the design, as long as it is constructed behind the easement, of a monument sign for a new commercial building at the Southeast corner of Ovilla Road and Austin Blvd. in the Red Oak Industrial Park. The motion was unanimous.

A. Todd Fuller, Director of Economic Development – Update on projects.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
Secretary Smart made the motion, seconded by Member Patton to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 p.m. The motion was unanimous.
