Call To Order - Mayor Bryce called the meeting to order at 6:41 p.m.

Staff Present: Todd Fuller, Director of Economic Development
- INVOCATION & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Pro Tem Goodwyn gave the Invocation and led the Council, Boards, and Citizens in the Pledge of Allegiance.
- COUNCIL WORKSHOP - OPEN SESSION
- Discussion with Mike Rader concerning Industrial Development in Red Oak. Mayor Bryce introduced Mike Rader with Prime Rail Interest, Inc., Mike Groomer with Prime Strategies, Inc. and Broker Pax Glenn. Mr. Rader and Mr. Groomer, Council, Red Oak Industrial Development Board, Red Oak Economic Development Board and staff discussed options for future industrial development in Red Oak. Mr. Rader and Mr. Groomer suggested a strategic planning process. Mr. Rader stated that he would put some suggestions together concerning the Red Oak Industrial Park.
- ADJOURNMENT Mayor Bryce adjourned the meeting at 8:20 p.m.
