LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Public Library Advisory Board, will be held on Tuesday, February 12th at 7:00 P.M. in the Library of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas at which time the following will be discussed and considered:

- CALL TO ORDER - The Board President will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.
- APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM the Library Advisory Board Meeting held on October 11, 2007.
- ORIENTATION OF NEW BOARD MEMBERS Review by Robyn Bryant of the Open Meetings Act Orientation and discussion of On-Line Training.
- CITIZEN’S COMMENTS
- OPEN SESSION -
- City Manager Scott Albert and Mayor Alan Hugley.
- Recruiting board members and appointing new officers.
- Other business.
- DIRECTOR’S REPORT-The Library Director will provide an overview of Library activities and services since the last meeting, which may include Library technology, grants, databases, school visits, planning for children’s programs, budgeting and planning.
- ADJOURNMENT
