LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD
Thursday, June 19, 2008
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Public Library Advisory Board will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. in the Library of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered:

I. CALL TO ORDER – The Board President will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.
II. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM the Library Advisory Board Meeting held on May 21, 2008.
III. CITIZEN’S COMMENTS
IV. OPEN SESSION –
Old Business:
A. Participation at Red Oak, White and Blue Day on June 28, 2008
B. Summer Reading Club update.
C. Story Time update.
D. Founder’s Day participation on September 13, 2008.
E. Literacy material from Deborah.
New Business:
A. Board member status; Amy Hedtke and Tamera Moses.
B. Library street sign on Red Oak Road.
C. New Library Banner ordered and awaiting pickup.
D. Original Library Banner found by Cami Loucks in the vehicle involved in accident.
V. DIRECTOR’S REPORT-
A. City Council packet submitted.
B. New server installation on June 18, 2008.
