Call to Order - The Board President called the meeting to order, declared a quorum present, and declared notice of legally posted meeting of the Library Advisory Board, pursuant to Open Meetings Act.

- APPROVED OF THE MINUTES OF February 8, 2007 Library Advisory Board Meeting.
- WELCOME AND ORIENTATION OF NEW BOARD MEMBERS was provided by Cami Loucks, Director, and included: Vision 2020 information;Open Meetings Act Orientation and Required On-Line Training Discussion; and NETLS Lay Representative – Appreciation
- CITIZEN’S COMMENTS - there were no Citizen comments presented.
- OPEN SESSION - A. Approved attendance and support for a booth at the Red Oak White and blue event on June 30. B. A library VIP library card will not be distributed to City Board members.
- DIRECTOR’S REPORT - The Director provided an overview of Library activities and services for the month of January including Library technology, grants, databases, school visits, planning for children’s programs, and statistics.
- ADJOURNMENT: 8:10 P.M.
